I. FINAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE AND TRIAL The final pretrial conference remains set for February 10, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. and jury trial remains set for March 3, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom No. 25 before United States Magistrate Judge Chi Soo Kim.
