I. INTRODUCTION

15 Pending before the Court is a motion for summary judgment brought by Defendants 16 Franklin Resources, Inc. d/b/a Franklin Templeton (“FRI”), FT FinTech Holdings, LLC (“FT 17 FinTech”), Franklin Templeton Companies, LLC (“FT Companies”), Jennifer Johnson and Roger 18 Bayston. ECF Nos. 275; 276-2. Plaintiff Blockchain Innovation, LLC (“Plaintiff” or 19 “Blockchain”) filed an Opposition and Cross-Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (ECF Nos. 20 307; 311-9) (“Opp’n & Cross-Mot.”).
