(Doc. No. 32) Defendant. 18 19 Before the Court is a joint motion to approval the parties’ settlement of Plaintiffs’ claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”).1 (Doc. No. 32.) Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7.1.d.1, the Court finds the matter suitable for determination on the papers. For the reasons set forth below, the Court GRANTS the parties’ joint motion.
