RELEVANT BACKGROUND This matter was originally scheduled for a settlement conference before Magistrate Judge Sheila K. Oberto on November 5, 2024. (Doc. 35.) On October 29, 2024, Judge Oberto conducted a telephonic pre-settlement conference wherein it was determined a settlement conference would be premature. (Docs. 43, 44.) This Court subsequently issued an Amended Order Continuing and Resetting Settlement Conference and Settlement Conference Procedures on October 31, 2024. (Doc. 44.)
