12 The Court held a pretrial conference in this antitrust case on November 25, 2024. The Court heard argument on the parties’ motions in limine at the conference. Having carefully considered the arguments advanced at the hearing, together with the parties’ papers and the relevant legal authority, the Court rules on the motions in limine as follows. I. LEGAL STANDARD “A motion in limine is a procedural mechanism [that is used] to limit in advance” of trial the scope of “testimony or evidence in a particular area” that will be permitted at trial.
