17 INTRODUCTION This case is about a disputed insurance claim. Digital Revolution Media Center, LLC, bought a policy from Sentinel Insurance Company, Ltd., that covered certain losses of its business property. While Digital Revolution was moving to a new office, someone stole a U-Haul truck containing its equipment, including equipment for digitizing and duplicating analog media. Digital submitted a claim to Sentinel for $69,309.12, the replacement value of the equipment.
