INTRODUCTION After Plaintiff Blue Bay Ventures LLC commenced this trademark infringement action in San Francisco Superior Court, Defendants1 removed the case to this Court based on Plaintiff’s federal Lanham Act claims. Pending before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion to remand. ECF No. 9. Defendants filed an Opposition (ECF No. 12) and Plaintiff filed a Reply (ECF No. 13). The Court finds this matter suitable for disposition without oral argument and VACATES the December 19, 2024 hearing. See Civ. L.R. 7-1(b).
