14 et al., 15 Defendants. 16 This Court first issued an Order to Show Cause for failure to prosecute on August 19, 2024, after Plaintiffs had failed to meet and confer pursuant to the Court’s Civil Chamber Rules and had failed to oppose the Defendants’ original motion to dismiss. Dkt. 9. After Plaintiffs timely responded to the Order to Show Cause, they filed their first amended complaint on October 11, 2024. Dkts. 11, 14. Defendants filed a motion to dismiss the amended complaint on October 25, 2024. Dkt. 15. The Court ordered Plaintiffs to file a brief in opposition of the motion to dismiss by November 22, 2024, with the defendants’ reply brief due by December 6, 2024. Dkt. 16.
