Pending before the undersigned are Defendants’ four motions to dismiss (ECF Nos. 37, 43, 45, and 56), Plaintiff’s three discovery related motions (ECF Nos. 54, 61, and 62), Plaintiff’s two motions for default judgment (ECF Nos. 37 and 47), and Plaintiff’s three motions to vacate judgments entered by other courts (ECF Nos. 66, 67, and 68).
