16 17 Plaintiff Andres Masqueda Serrano is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil 18 rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. This action proceeds against Defendant Rudas for 19 violations of Plaintiff’s constitutional rights. 20 I. INTRODUCTION 21 On July 10, 2024, the Court issued its Discovery and Scheduling Order. (Doc. 29.) 22 On December 2, 2024, Plaintiff filed a document titled “Motion for Order Compelling 23 Discovery.” (Doc. 40.) Defendant filed an opposition on December 10, 2024. (Doc. 41.) 24 II.
