No. 25] et al., 18 Defendants. 19 20 21 On October 31, 2024, Defendant Southern California Permanente Medical Group (“Defendant”), filed a motion to dismiss Plaintiff Sherry Ashcroft’s (“Plaintiff”) second amended complaint. Doc. No. 25. Plaintiff filed a response in opposition, to which Defendant replied. Doc Nos. 26–27. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 78(b) and Civil Local Rule 7.1.d.1, the Court took this matter under submission on December 10, 2024. Doc. No. 28. For the reasons herein, the Court GRANTS Defendant’s motion and DISMISSES Plaintiff’s second amended complaint. I.
