19 Before the Court is Plaintiff Steven Joseph’s (“Plaintiff”) motion to remand the 20 instant action to state court. (Doc. No. 13.) Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7.1.d.1, the Court 21 finds the matter suitable for determination on the papers. For the reasons set forth below, 22 the Court DENIES Plaintiff’s motion to remand. 23 I.
