INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Ivan Goodlow (“Plaintiff” or “Goodlow”), currently state inmate proceeding pro se, has filed a civil rights complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, along with a motion to proceed in forma pauperis (“IFP”). (See Doc. Nos. 1, 2.) In his Complaint, Plaintiff alleges that while he was confined at R. J. Donovan Correctional Facility (“RJD”), Defendants violated his constitutional rights by using excessive force against him and falsifying disciplinary reports. (See generally, Doc. No. 1.)
