(Doc. 1-1). Plaintiff 20 asserts that Defendants discriminated against him on the basis of his age and wrongfully 21 terminated him, as well as intentionally caused him emotional distress. Id. at 6-7. Defendants 22 removed the action to this Court on April 26, 2024.
