17 18 Following an order to show cause for failure to file a joint scheduling report, Plaintiff 19 filed a notice of settlement on December 2, 2024. (ECF No. 11.) On December 4, 2024, the 20 Court issued an order discharging the order to show cause and requiring the parties to file 21 dispositional documents within forty-five days. (ECF No. 15.)
