14 15 16 This matter is before the Court on Defendants County of Sacramento’s (the “County”) and 17 City of Rancho Cordova’s (the “City”) Motions for Summary Judgment. (ECF Nos. 60, 61.) 18 Plaintiff Carlos Williams (“Plaintiff”) filed oppositions to both motions.1 (ECF Nos. 64, 65.) 19 The County and the City filed replies. (ECF Nos. 66, 67.)
