On November 12, 2024, I denied that request due to plaintiff’s failure to 19 comply with Local Rule 141, which governs sealing. ECF No. 2. I granted plaintiff fourteen 20 days to file a proper request to seal her complaint that complies with the court’s local rules. Id. 21 Plaintiff was admonished that should she fail to timely file a renewed request to seal, I would 22 recommend that the complaint be stricken and the Clerk of Court be directed to return the 23 complaint. Id.; see E.D. Cal.
