Pending before the Court is plaintiff’s second amended complaint. (ECF No. 14.) For the following reasons, this Court recommends dismissal of plaintiff’s claim alleging that defendant Ekinim violated the Eighth Amendment when she gave plaintiff the wrong dose of insulin.
