PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO REMAND
THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, et al., (Doc. No. 4) 15 Defendants. 16 This matter is before the court on Plaintiff’s motion to remand this case to the Solano County Superior Court. (Doc. No. 4.) Pursuant to Local Rule 230(g), the pending motion was taken under submission to be decided on the papers. (Doc. No. 6.) For the reasons explained below, the court will deny Plaintiff’s motion to remand.
