14 THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, et al., (Doc. No. 4) 15 Defendants. 16 17 This matter is before the court on Plaintiff’s motion to remand this case to the Solano 18 County Superior Court. (Doc. No. 4.) Pursuant to Local Rule 230(g), the pending motion was 19 taken under submission to be decided on the papers. (Doc. No. 6.)
