11 FELDER, et al., 12 Defendants. 13 14 Plaintiff Andrew Avila (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma 15 pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 16 On February 23, 2022, the undersigned screened Plaintiff’s first amended complaint and 17 found that Plaintiff failed to state a cognizable claim upon which relief may be granted. (ECF 18 No. 15.) Plaintiff filed objections. (ECF No. 16.) On March 22, 2022, the District Judge adopted 19 the findings and recommendations in full and dismissed the case, with prejudice, for failure to 20 state a cognizable claim upon which relief may be granted.
