On November 19, 2024, plaintiff Pama IV Properties LP (“plaintiff”) filed this unlawful detainer action against defendants Jean Carlos Perez, Cristian Rodriguez, and Does 1-10 (“defendants”’) in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Dkt. 1 at 6. Defendant Jean Carlos Perez removed the case to this Court on January 10, 2025. Id. at 1.
