15 Defendant. 16 17 18 Plaintiff, who is proceeding with retained counsel, brought this action for judicial 19 review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). 20 Final judgement has been entered pursuant to the parties’ stipulation for a voluntary remand. See 21 ECF No. 19. Pending before the Court is Plaintiff’s counsel’s motion for an award of attorney’s 22 fees in the amount of $14,154.90 under 42 U.S.C. § 406(b). See ECF No. 25.
