ORDER AND 14 BURATOVICH, et al., FINDINGS & RECOMMENDATIONS 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff, who was a county inmate when this case was initiated, proceeds without counsel 18 with a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On August 14, 2024, defendants filed a 19 motion to revoke plaintiff’s in forma pauperis (“IFP”) status and to require payment of the filing 20 fee for this case. (ECF No. 20.) Plaintiff has not opposed the motion. 21 On July 15, 2024, the court advised plaintiff that motions would be briefed pursuant to 22 Local Rule 230(l). (ECF No. 19 at 6.) In addition, by order filed November 5, 2024, plaintiff was 23 ordered to file a response to the defendants’ pending motion or face dismissal of this action. (ECF 24 No. 23.)
