of Social Security,2 [ECF No. 26] Defendant. 13 14 Pending before the Court is a Motion for Attorney Fees Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 406(b), in which Matthew Holmberg of the Law Offices of Lawrence D. Rohlfing, Inc., CPC (“Counsel”) requests an award of fees for representing Clinton S. (“Plaintiff”) in connection with this Social Security appeal. [ECF No. 26.] Neither the Commissioner of Social Security, nor Plaintiff has objected to the pending motion. [See ECF No. 29.] The parties have consented to the undersigned for all purposes. [ECF No. 31.] Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7.1(d)(1), the Court finds the motion suitable for determination without oral argument. For the reasons stated below, the Court GRANTS IN PART the motion.…
