19 Before the Court is Defendants’ motion to dismiss the remaining Monell1 claims in 20 the second amended complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). 21 (Dkt. No. 19.) Plaintiff filed an opposition and Defendants replied. (Dkt. Nos. 21, 22.) 22 The Court finds that the matter is appropriate for decision without oral argument pursuant 23 to Local Civ. R. 7.1(d)(1).
