12 13 In this wage and hour action, Plaintiff alleges Strategic Staffing Solutions-S3, LLC and 14 Cynthia Pasky, S3’s Chief Executive Officer, systematically misclassified its recruiters as exempt 15 employees. Plaintiff now moves for preliminary approval of a class action settlement resolving 16 these claims. (Dkt.
