12 In this wage and hour action, Plaintiff alleges Strategic Staffing Solutions-S3, LLC and Cynthia Pasky, S3’s Chief Executive Officer, systematically misclassified its recruiters as exempt employees. Plaintiff now moves for preliminary approval of a class action settlement resolving these claims. (Dkt. No. 37.1) Having considered the briefing and relevant legal authority, including Plaintiff’s two supplemental submissions and revised notices, and having had the benefit of oral argument on January 23, 2025, the Court GRANTS the motion for preliminary approval.
