ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO
Plaintiff, REMAND v. 14 [ECF No. 7] ACCENT CONTROLS, INC., and DOES 15 1 through 50, inclusive, 16 Defendants.
Defendant removed this case to federal court on October 9, 2024. ECF No. 1. Before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion to remand, which was filed on November 8, 2024. ECF No. 7. Defendant filed an opposition, ECF No. 11, and Plaintiff replied, ECF No. 13. The primary issue for the Court to decide is whether the amount in controversy meets the $75,000 threshold for diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a)(1). The Court has reviewed the Complaint, the motion, and other papers on the record in this case, and finds the matter suitable for decision on the papers.
