The court granted plaintiff thirty days to file an amended complaint. ECF 19 No. 9. On October 17, 2024, the court granted plaintiff’s request for an additional thirty days to 20 file an amended complaint. ECF No. 11. Plaintiff failed to file an amended complaint by the 21 deadline. Therefore, on December 13, 2024, I ordered plaintiff to show cause why this action 22 should not be dismissed for his failure to prosecute, failure to comply with court orders, and 23 failure to state a claim.
