INTRODUCTION 2 This putative class action arises from Plaintiff Yeffri Ulloa’s employment as a security guard 3 with Defendants Blackstone Consulting Inc. and Kaiser Foundation Hospital (“Defendants”). 4 Plaintiff alleges that Defendants failed to pay him (and the class) for overtime, meal breaks, and rest 5 periods as required by California wage and hour laws. 6 Before the Court are two motions: (1) Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss pursuant to Fed.
