On 18 May 10, 2023, Plaintiffs filed a complaint in the Sacramento County Superior Court. ECF No. 1 19 at 2. On July 21, 2023, this case was removed from the Sacramento County Superior Court to 20 this Court. ECF No. 1. This matter was referred to Magistrate Judge Barnes in accordance with 21 Local Rule 302(c)(21) and 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1).
