A review of the record reflects that federal subject matter jurisdiction 19 may be lacking. Additionally, the action was filed on November 1, 2024, there has been no 20 return/proof of service filed, and Defendant has not appeared. Accordingly, Plaintiff shall show 21 cause why the action should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction or pursuant to Federal Rule 22 of Civil Procedure 4(m). 23 I.
