Before: TALLMAN, FRIEDLAND, and BENNETT, Circuit Judges.

Zachery Rowe appeals his jury conviction and 324-month sentence for

conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine,

heroin, and fentanyl, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. We have jurisdiction under 28

U.S.C. § 1291 and 18 U.S.C. § 3742(a), and we affirm.
