Pending before the Court is minor Plaintiff W.A.’s motion for approval of minor’s claims, filed on December 19, 2024. (Doc. 53). Plaintiff brings this motion through his parent and guardian ad litem, Victoria Anderson. (Doc. 5). Plaintiff’s motion is unopposed by Defendant Panama-Buena Vista Union School District.
