18 Pending before the Court is minor Plaintiff W.A.’s motion for approval of minor’s claims, filed 19 on December 19, 2024. (Doc. 53). Plaintiff brings this motion through his parent and guardian ad 20 litem, Victoria Anderson. (Doc. 5). Plaintiff’s motion is unopposed by Defendant Panama-Buena 21 Vista Union School District.
