12 Pending before the Court is the motion to confirm arbitration award filed by Defendants Tom McEnery, Martin Menne, and MCM Diversified. Dkt. No. 62. The Court finds this matter appropriate for disposition without oral argument and the matter is deemed submitted. See Civil L.R. 7-1(b). For the reasons discussed below, the Court GRANTS the motion to confirm the arbitration award. I. BACKGROUND The parties are familiar with the lengthy history of this case, and the Court only includes those details that are relevant to the pending motion.
