Currently before the Court is Defendants’ motion to dismiss, filed November 18, 2024. (ECF No. 27.) I. PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND This action is proceeding against Defendants Joon Kee James, Sabrina M. Kurczeski,1 and Gerald Edwards for deliberate indifference to Plaintiff’s serious medical need. On March 8, 2024, a signed waiver of service was returned on behalf of Defendant Vu Quang Huynh.
