Plaintiff Eric Trionfi (“Plaintiff”) commenced this action on November 27, 2023 by filing a Complaint in the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of San Bernardino against defendants San Bernardino County, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Alec Ramirez, Cody Blackwell, Nicholas Baca, Scott Abernathy, Big Bear City, and Does 1 through 100 (“Defendants”).
