20 On December 13, 2024, Plaintiff Omar Luna (“Luna”) filed a Complaint against Defendants

21 E1 Investments, LLC; and Does 1 to 10 (“Defendants”), asserting: (1) a claim for injunctive relief 22 arising out of an alleged violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 23 12010–12213; (2) a claim for damages pursuant to California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act (“Unruh 24 Act”), Cal. Civ. Code §§ 51–52, et seq.; (3) a claim for damages pursuant to the California Disabled 25 Persons Act, Cal. Civ.
