20 21 Plaintiff Amber S. Harris (“Plaintiff”) initiated this action with the filing of a complaint 22 on November 4, 2024. (Doc. 1). The same day, the Clerk of the Court issued summons for 23 service upon Defendant Galactic Co., LLC, and the Court entered an order setting a mandatory 24 scheduling conference for February 3, 2025. (Docs. 3-4). The Court’s order directed Plaintiff to 25 “diligently pursue service of summons and complaint” and “promptly file proofs of service.” 26 (Doc. 4 at 1).
