12 I. INTRODUCTION Presently before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion for Leave to File First Amended and Supplemental Complaint (“Motion”). The Court finds that the Motion is suitable for determination without oral argument and therefore vacates the motion hearing set for February 12, 2025 pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-1(b). For the reasons stated below, the Motion is GRANTED.1 II. BACKGROUND2 Plaintiffs brought this action on December 23, 2021. At the outset of the case, the Court set a deadline for amended pleadings of June 1, 2022.
