The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 19 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. Plaintiff has yet to complete his in forma pauperis 20 application by filing a prison trust fund account statement. See generally ECF No. 9 (1/29/25 21 order granting Plaintiff extension of time to file trust statement). 22 Plaintiff has filed a motion requesting the Court to order “Defendant Vega” to produce his 23 six-month prison trust fund account statement.
