17 On November 18, 2024, Maria Enamorado (“plaintiff”) filed a Complaint in the Los Angeles 18 || County Superior Court against defendants Sparc Group LLC (“Sparc Group”), Aero Opco LLC, and Aeropostale, Inc. (“defendants”), asserting state law claims relating to her employment. (See 20 || Dkt. 1, Notice of Removal (“NOR”) at J] 1 & 13); (Dkt. 1-1, Complaint at 7] 48-100). On January 21|| 2, 2025, Sparc Group removed the action on diversity jurisdiction grounds pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 13832 and 1441(b). (See Dkt. 1, NOR at 74). Having reviewed the pleadings, the court hereby 23 || remands this action to state court for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
