On August 14, 2024, defendant Superior Court of California, County of Butte2 filed the instant motion to dismiss, and set the hearing for October 2, 2024. (ECF No. 7.) Plaintiff did not file a response to defendant’s motion to dismiss. On September 6, 2024, the Court issued an order vacating the October 2, 2024 hearing and requiring plaintiff to file a written opposition or a statement of non-opposition to Defendant’s motion to dismiss within fourteen (14) days of the order.
