(“Sunrun”).1 (Doc. No. 26.) On November 17, 2023, the Clerk of the Court entered default as to Defendant Sunrun (Doc. No. 12), which has not appeared in the action or opposed the pending motion for default judgment. For the reasons explained below, the court will grant the pending motion for default judgment against Defendant Sunrun.
