17 Zachary Grey Hermann seeks to hold defendant liable for violations of his civil rights 18 pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. This matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge 19 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 20 The magistrate judge recommended this action be dismissed without prejudice for 21 plaintiff’s failure to keep the Court apprised of his current address and failure to prosecute. (Doc. 22 9.) The Court advised Plaintiff that the “failure to file objections within the specified time may 23 result in waiver of his rights on appeal.” (Id. at 5, citing Wilkerson v. Wheeler, 772 F.3d 834, 839 24 (9th Cir. 2014).)1 25 According to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C), this Court conducted a de novo review of this 26 case. Having carefully reviewed the matter, the Court concludes the Findings and 27

The Findings and Recommendations issued on January 21, 2025 (Doc. 9) are 4 ADOPTED IN FULL. 5 2.
