Plaintiffs filed a Reply in support of the motion. ECF No. 18 (“Reply”). The Court finds this motion suitable for disposition without oral argument and VACATES the hearing set for April 24, 2025. See Civ. L.R. 7-1(b). For the following reasons, the Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiffs’ motion. I.
