Defendants Marathon Refining Logistics Services LLP and Marathon Petroleum Company LP (“Marathon Defendants”) oppose. (ECF No. 19 (“Opp.”)). Plaintiff filed a reply. (ECF No. 20 (“Reply”)). Having considered the parties’ submissions, the relevant law, and the record in this case, the Court finds this matter suitable for resolution without oral argument. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 78(b); C.D.
