This motion was set for hearing for August 20, 2024. (ECF No. 34.) Defendants Joseph Duran Norman and Polecat’s Revenge, Official No. 1151072, its engines, tackle, machinery, furniture, apparel, appurtenances, etc. (“Vessel”) did not file a response to the motion, nor have they appeared in this case in any way. As a result, on July 31, 2024, Plaintiff’s motion was taken under submission without argument pursuant to Local Rule 230(c) and (g). (ECF No. 35.)
