THIRTY DAYS 16 Plaintiff Ryan Joel Hopson is confined in Kings County Jail (KCJ) and proceeds pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff alleged several issues at Kings County Jail that he believes violated his constitutional rights. For the reasons set forth below, the Court recommends that this action be dismissed for failure to state a claim. Plaintiff has thirty days from the date of service of these findings and recommendations to file his objections. I.
