18 Before the Court is Defendant CubeSmart, L.P.’s (“Defendant” or “CubeSmart”) 19 motion to compel arbitration and stay Plaintiff Dawn Ferrell’s (“Plaintiff”) civil action. 20 (Doc. No. 6.) The Court set a briefing schedule for the motion, directing that any opposition 21 be filed by January 9, 2025. (Doc. No. 7.) Plaintiff did not file an opposition or otherwise 22 respond to Defendant’s motion. Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7.1.d.1, the Court finds this 23 matter suitable for determination on the papers and without oral argument.
