18 This matter is before the Court on Defendant Confirm ID, Inc.’s (“Defendant”) Motion to 19 Compel Arbitration (ECF No. 14) and Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 15). Both motions are fully 20 briefed. (ECF Nos. 16, 17, 26, 28.)
